I specialize in helping self-driven women like you reconnect with your body, overcome limitations, re-pattern old movement patterns and mindsets, and create a balanced, energized life.
My journey began with my love for dance, yoga, and the arts. Along the way, I faced and overcame serious illnesses and debilitating injuries that once held me back. Through movement, mindfulness, disciplined training, and self-care, I found healing—and I’m passionate about guiding others on their transformative paths.
Holistic Movement Coaching is a dynamic, multidisciplinary approach that draws from yoga, contemporary dance, somatic movement, calisthenics, functional strength training, kinesthesiology, rehabilitation, mindfulness, and meditation. At our coaching center, we prioritize understanding your individual requirements. Every client undergoes a comprehensive consultation process to assess their specific coaching and movement needs. During this initial assessment, Sharyne will discuss your health goals, any chronic conditions, and your desired outcomes. By gaining a deep understanding of your unique circumstances, we can create a customized coaching plan that addresses your specific needs and supports your journey towards optimal health and well-being.

Online classes and courses will be available in 2025, offering a yoga, meditation, contemporary dance, and strength based training.
