FIT FLOW YOGA CLASS

Relieve your tight sore achy body, improve your flexibility, mobility and boost your mood.

Fit Flow yoga will support you to release your aches and pains, improve your flexibility, mobility and mood. Fit flow yoga is a combination of Breath work, meditation and Yoga styles, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, It is Suitable for Beginners to Intermediate participants. There are limited spaces bookings are essential.

This class is held in person at Whangarei Aquatic Centre, Whangarei, New Zealand. Sessions are filmed and can be accessed with an online membership to Sharyne Lewis Moves
