DESCRIPTION
Embark on a unique outdoor yoga journey in a stunning location and experience an outstanding coaching service. Outdoor Yoga journeys are a private experiential way of taking time to reset and recalibrate your inner self with your outer self. Reconnect with the deepest part of yourself through movement, breathwork, and embracing nature. Move through your mental and physical blocks that hold you back with Shayne's transformational coaching which is designed specifically for your body, mind, and soul.
Who & Duration
The journey can be an individual or shared experience with a loved one, friend, or spouse. Engagement and newlyweds can design a half-day or full-day journey. Each journey is unique to you and crafted as a bespoke experience. Journeys range from 2-4 hours.
Journey Design:
Journeys can include specific or combined Yoga styles (power, hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin). Breathwork, meditation/ energy work, swimming, sauna/ sea plunges. (Massage is available with an additional fee)
Locations can include a lookout, beach location, forest trail & waterfall walk. A specific time of day can be expressed e.g. Sunset and sunrise, full moon (subject to availability, the selected location, and weather conditions).
